In life I have realized that being a listener goes a mile farther than being the talker.
When you actively listen you are arranging incoming information , the brain is processing that information and carving an "auto response" to align with your chain of thoughts intended for the target audience.
Try it ! Even if you are a trenching interruptor or always in rebuttal mode in a conversation.

People seldom realize that their answers are hidden in the incoming relay most times. No one can curb your enthusiasm nor should you , but listening and taking your turn in healthy time intervals keeps conversation hostility at bay.
Am sure most of you would be able to visualize situations by now where you would have definitely felt if you gave more air time to the speaker or the meeting "organizer" , you would come out more accomplished.

Needless to say I have gone from one end of the habit to the other and the world definatley feels a better place and I learn more on every interaction.
